It shows up fine when I log into the web client for Outlook 365, so I know its there. It wasnt showing up in Mac Calendar, or iCal, whatever you want to call it, in Yosemite. My co-worked shared his calendar with me. However, you can use the Outlook Mac client to manage & view shared calendars. I have a user who cannot open a shared calendar nor set calendar permissions. By default, they’ll have the a permission level of “Can view all details,” which you can change if you want. Unlike sharing with people in your organization, you can’t give external people “Can edit” or “Delegate” rights. Posted by BrokenSpoke on Apr 20th, 2017 at 7:54 AM. The person you’ve chosen will be added to the Permissions window. Add the person you want to share your calendar with and then click “OK.”
